FOR SALE BY TENDER
Residential Building:
The Town of Kensington is seeking interested parties to purchase and remove the existing residential building in whole from the property at 20 Stewart Street, Kensington, PE. The building may be viewed between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, prior to the submittal of a tender. Tenders shall be in the form supplied and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Tender for Sale of Residential Building at 20 Stewart Street” no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2019.
The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the highest tender, or to accept any tender which it may consider to be in its best interest. The Town also reserves the right to waive formality, informality or technicality in any tender.
