The brown greatcoat belonged to Sgt. Bill Dalzell of the Cape Breton
Highlanders. Note the three-up, three-down sleeve insignia of the sergeant.
The device of the wall is an Airborne Radio Communication Receiver, used by the
RCAF in World War II. It must have worked fairly well, because the
officer who operated it brought it back from the war and used it to pick
up radio in his home for some time thereafter.
