Victoria Street after a winter snowstorm. Visible are the spires of the Presbyterian church-- near, on the right-- and St. Mark's Anglican-- farther down, on the left. While people still talk about snowstorms that came right up to the telephone poles, the snow never managed to cover the church spires. (Historical Society).
