After fifteen years in Leaskdale, the Macdonald family moved to the small community of Norval, Ontario. In her new community, Maud continued to fulfil her duties as the Reverend’s wife and actively participated in church work. She is depicted here, at age 53, in an apple orchard in Norval in 1927.
