Game Show Night is an annual event held in Kensington immediately following the Annual Kensington Harvest Festival and before the ice is installed on the surface of the Community Gardens Complex. The night is a way to finish summer with a bang and is a major fundraiser for the not-for-profit Kensington Club and for enhancing programs at the Community Gardens Complex. Game Show Night will take place on Friday, August 22 from 7:30 to midnight. Musical entertainment will be on stage after the games are over.
This will be the third Game Show Night; the previous two years were a success with fun and games happening on the stage and a ton of prizes given away.
This year should be another fantastic year. Members of the audience will play popular TV game show games, and win some great prizes, including $500 gift certificates from Island Petroleum, Save Easy and Sears, and a dinner for 6 from Chef Bev Campbell.
