Town Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 6:30 pm to consider the approval of the Credit Union Centre Ice Plan Replacement Tender.
The Town recently issued tender documents, through WSP, for the complete replacement of the Credit Union Centre Ice Plant. The tendered project generally includes the removal of the existing ice plant
package and the supply and installation of a new compressor, chiller, condenser, brine pumps, and associated wiring, piping, and controls.
The Ice Plant Replacement project tender closed on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, with one bid being received as follows:
• Black and MacDonald Ltd. – $898,650.00 plus HST
