On behalf of Town Council and staff, Mayor Caseley expresses sincere condolences at the passing of Enid M. Chappell, retired employee of the Town of Kensington.
Enid was the Town Hall custodian from June 1981 – December 2005.
Flags at the Town Hall were lowered to half-mast on Thursday, September 10, 2020 as a sign of our respect and condolence.
