On behalf of Town Council and staff, Mayor Caseley expresses sincere condolences at the passing of Douglas H. Doncaster, former Mayor of the Town of Kensington. Douglas served as a Councillor from January 1991 – December 1993 and held office as Mayor from January 1994 – September 1997.
Flags at the Town Hall were lowered to half-mast as a sign of our respect and condolence.
